Just inherited this plant. Can you tell me what it is? It is really overgrown and I’m not sure it’s worth saving. Any tips to help it along?

This split-leaf philodendron doesn't really look overgrown. It is just a large plant. You can divide it into smaller plants if it is taking up too much room. Here is how to care for it:
