Plant Identification

Question

I have a plant that wildly sprouted in my yard and I let it grow. It is now about 3 ft tall and is making seeds. I would like to know what plant this is and should I keep the seeds? Thank you so much.

This is velvet leaf, Abutilon, a common annual weed. Remove the seed capsules today as a couple look ready to release seeds.
