plant identification

This vine came from a box of seeds that is suppose to attract hummingbirds. The flower cluster is fuzzy with tiny purple flowers.The seed pods dry out and I save them for next year. The entire flower cluster is about the size of a quarter. What is this?

The images are very blurry, which makes identification difficult.
It would also help us to know your growing zone.
