Q.Plant For Hillside
To whom it may concern, I live in Los Angeles, zoning 9. I have a big backyard, facing north, sloped hill. clay soil, full sun. I am looking for the plants for slope erosion control. I like ivy, but it does not have long root. I have done some research, still can’t find the right one. could you please kindly provide me some recommendations? 1.mainly concern is for slop erosion control, 2.prefer ground cover, or drought tolerant plants/California native plants which not exceed 1-2 ft high 3.less maintenance/ or no need to replant later, 4.not toxic for dog/chicken 🙂 your help is greatly appreciated!Â
