Q.Plan To Overwinter Healthy Diplandia Plant Either In House Or Sun Room With East Sun. Should I Cut Back The Plant Before Bringing

it indoors Sun room does not freeze but it does get cold in our zone 4 winters. So maybe I should bring it indoors in the house.

Dipladenia does best with constant warm temperatures so inside the house might be better than the sunroom. You can cut it back to about 8 to 12 inches before bringing it in. Check it for insects. You may want to spray it with Neem oil just in case. Don't worry if it doesn't bloom, you just want to get it through the winter till you can put it back outside in spring. Withhold fertilizer during the winter and water just enough to keep it going.
