Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI think the roots might have been pulled off the pistachio male dormant tree when we planted it two days ago. Out of the 3 we planted, it looks droopy. The other two look fine. We had high winds yesterday. Would a starter fertilizer (like vit B) help?

Unless root was removed entirely, your tree should perk up. It may be experiencing transplant shock. Make sure you keep it watered, but do not overwater it and drown its roots. Here's some info:
