Pink arrowhead with burnt crunchy leaves

I had two pink arrowheads that I repotted into a new pot together with a mixed media soil. Roots were healthy. Had it in a low light area for a few weeks next to my finicky fittonia. Watered when dry. One plant got all crunchy and died a few days ago. The other plant initally seemed ok but I noticed yesterday that it had a new leaf unrolling and a few of its larger leaves are starting to get what looks like burnt crunchy spots on them. I moved it closer to the window yesterday, not in direct sun though. Just wondering if anyone can offer any insight on the leaves. This plant is really special to me and I dont want to lose it.

This is usually a sign of contaminated soil, or soil that has too much nutrients in it, but can also be a sign that there is not enough nutrients in the soil as well, unfortunately. What kind of soil did you use, and what is the pH of the soil?

You can try replacing 1/4 of your water with peroxide the next time that you water. This can cure infections in the soil, but I will need to know more information on the soil to know if there are any other factors.
