Pine Tree Sprout About 15 Feet From Large Tree. It Is Very Close To House Foundation. Can It Be Transplanted & Where

I don’t want it to damage foundation of house but would like to somehow transplant it or save it. How can I do this without killing it

Try to get as much of the rootball as possible when you dig it up. Find a sunny location at least 15 feet from the house to plant it. You say it is a "sprout" but this article may help:
