Q.Pine needle mulch by bales vs yards
Some local providers are advertising pine needles by the yard and some by the bale. I am confused whether these are the same amounts or if you get more by one measurement or the other.

27 cubic feet make a cubic yard.
A common landscaping guideline is 1 bale will cover 50 square feet.
Bales are usually easier for a home owner to use.
