Pindo Palms

Pindo Palm has yellowing frons through out the tree. It had suckers, ferns and a shrub growing from pruned frons that were removed. Cleaned between pruned frons, they had black dirt and fiber. I would like to know what fertilizer to use and can this Palm be saved?.
