Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in South Carolina and this year has been unusually cold. Our 2 Pindo palms fronds have turned all brown. We cut off all of dead fronds and the middle brown parts. Inside the middle it there is a very thick milky substance. Are these palms dead?
