Pigmy date palm problem

The greens on my pigmy have missing areas, like possibly something is eating. The tree was planted about two weeks ago by landscaping company.

It looks like the tips are browning, which also could be the edges browning and falling off. As they are newly planted, the usual culprit for this is under watering.
