Photinia Red Robin Leaf Problem.

I bought a little red Robin lollipop tree about 18 months ago,the leaves became pitted, I followed advice sought to reply which I did, it seemed to do the trick, whatever it is it’s back again but worse, pitted, dark and blotchy leaves and leaves dropping off. I have been reading up about fungus bit can’t say for sure. Can you advise/diagnose please, I need to treat whatever is wrong with it.

It sounds like photinia leaf spot. It can come back each year. You have to diligently pick up and discard the dropped leaves. Here is more:
