Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am getting photinia plants installed . They are 30 gal bushes almost 6 ft , without asking me , the installers pruned them up about 18 in. I need to know if , with the new growth , it will also grow back I ( like the density) I know they can grow 12 -24 in in a year so does that include the parts that are pruned ?

They should be fine and continue to grow. They need to be pruned to allow air circulation. Too much density can lead to fungal disease.
