A soil analysis shows there is 0.18 mg/kg of phosphorous in my soil. Is this rich or poor please?

I believe this would be a low level of phosphorus (phosphorus-poor). However, different soil tests use different measurement methods, so it's best to ask the company or university that did the analysis what the expected ranges for low and high phosphorus are.
