Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a large philodendron that I bring in during winter and out on porch during summer – the pot is big but not too big but seeing a lot of roots growing down the side of the pot and filling the top of the pot! Should I cut these?

No! This is part of its natural cycle. Just cover these with more soil is they are unsightly. Otherwise, I would leave it as it is.
