Dianthus adorable is being attacked by something. It looks like snail trails but the buds are being eaten and the leaves show signs of also being eaten. Buds fall off when touched. Any ideas as to what the problem is? 3 photos attached showing the plant, a bud still attached and some removed buds.

We did not receive the images.
It may be Leaf Miner damage.
