Question

We’ve had an interesting problem. We’ve been seeing this (the picture) on the leaves. A little bit after this appears its as if it eats the leaves like an acid.

A second problem- may be related but we need help identifying it all the same. We’re seeing black spots, they wash off and we believe they’re bugs. But the interestingly enough when they eat the leaves, they leave the veins alone.
Please help?
