Now my healthy fruit tree leaves are curling and even my mint has weird dots! My roses are also showing signs of blight.

Spots on plant leaves could be due to pests or fungus issues.
Neem Oil is a good organic treatment for most sucking insects and also works as a fungicide.
Neem Oil is safe for people, pets and Bees.
I use this in my garden for any signs of pests.
