Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI recently planted a Violette de Bordeaux Fig tree. It is showing signs of stress with slight curling of the leaves and blackish brown discoloring under and on top of leaves. Now there is also evidence of a pest nibbling on the edges. It has one fig that has not grown in size for over a month. Thank you for any information you might be able to provide. Robin Winslow

I would recommend treating the tree with neem oil. It is effective against many common pests but safe for both you and beneficial insects. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
