Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThere are some 1/4 inch size white bugs eating all the leaves and also go to root of the plant in the soil. What are they and what to do? They are flying too and come out mostly at evening. Please help if you can.

It sounds like it may be Whitefly, possibly Fig Whitefly. This article has more information on it:
