Looks like you’ve got a scale insect problem on that tree—those bumps are likely armored scale insects, which can get pretty big. They feed on sap and weaken the tree over time. The best way to handle them is by scraping them off gently, then following up with neem oil or horticultural oil to suffocate any survivors. If they’re really stubborn, insecticidal soap or even introducing natural predators like ladybugs can help. Keep an eye on the tree, as these pests tend to come back if not fully dealt with.
