Pear trees. Need to get rid of a bug that causes Crystal to form on limbs white and Amber in color. Help.

This sounds like canker disease. This has no cure, unfortunately. The best method is prevention. This can occur from many reasons, but the idea is that there is an injury which introduces the disease to it. The only remedy would be to cut any affected branches, and make sure to clean the counds with peroxide, or any other antiseptic.
