Q.persimmon tree

I have a persimmon tree i planted 3 years.last spring fewbut this spring there were alot of fruit buds.But two days back i noticed most of these fallen on ground.I want to know why ?
what is the reason.

This could have happened for a few reasons, bud blight, lack of water, frost damage, a nutrient deficiency. These articles may help:
