Peppers

The green peppers, banana peppers and jalapeno peppers that I am growing this year and also last year do not get more than 1 foot tall and produce little, if any, peppers. In the vegetable garden are also tomato plants, pole beans, peas, and broccoli. All of the other plants grow big and tall and produce a lot of vegetables. It’s just the peppers. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.
