Peppermint plant

If you are planting Peppermint plants for the purpose of keeping bugs away from your house do you plant them in your flowerbe d next to your house or do your plant them on the outside edge if the flowerbed.

You may want to think about planting these in container, as once you start them, they will spread, and take over just about anything in its way. If you still choose to put this in ground, make sure it is not in the same bed, as they could take over your existing flowers.
