Q.Pepper Plants Black at Juncture of Limb and Stem
I am new at this, but suddenly all my pepper plants have turned black where the stem meets limb. What is it?

The black color is normal for some kinds of peppers. For instance, bell peppers often have a purple-black coloration at points where stems meet Nothing to worry about unless you see cankers on the stems.
