Pepper Plant Flower Falling Off

My pepper plants tend to flower and then once it starts to turn to a pepper will drop off. This seemed to happen last year too. What do I do? I’ve also noticed my cucumbers have also started to form and then dry up and turn yellow. I have a drip watering system in place and my other plants are doing well. Do they need more water? The drip is on every other day for 20 minutes.
