Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI purchased single stemmed (tree) pee gee hydrangeas. I’m hoping to grow them as multi-stemmed shrubs in my yard. Is it possible? Will they start to develop branches from the trunk on their own?

They can develop suckers on the trunk but they will not shape themselves into a shrub shape. They most likely are grafted onto a plant stock specifically for this standard shape.
