Q.Peculiar Stunted Growth on a Crepe Myrtle Tree
I have two crepe myrtle trees that don’t seem to be able to send out new growth more than a 1/4 of an inch. When I cut into the limb, it appears as though the outside bark is alive, but the inside seems to be dry and dead. I have already dug one up but keep on hoping that I can save the other one. Got any solutions?
