pear tree leaves are shriveled up with blacks pots

It just got done blooming and the leaves shriveled up. We have watered it.

Pear trees are generally hardy and free of disease, however there are a few things such as pear blight that can get to them. You need a positive identification of what is causing the leaves to shrivel. Take some leaf samples to the nearest Extension Service, they will tell you what is going on, and what to do about it.
