Pear tree

Question

I have 2 pear trees, 1 had flowers and now is covered in leaves but the other only has a few leaf buds on it.

Do the leaves, branches or trunk of the tree show any signs of pests or disease?
You can do the bark scratch test to determine if the tree is still alive.
