Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comGood afternoon
I have approx 30 peach tree seedlings that I have grown from stones but, as a novice gardener, I am not sure what I am doing now. The seedlings were potted in March this year & I have good thick leaves at the bottom of the plant but these taper off to a long ‘ivy like’ spindle. Should I remove the spindly growth or use canes to promote upward growth?
Many Thanks
Jenn Bush

It looks like you seedling has produced a watersprout. These should be pruned form the seedling.
