Peach Tree Problem

My peach tree is oozing a sticky substance, the whole trunk and the ground below is covered in it. There looks like aphids of some kind on the lower branches. This sweet sticky stuff is attracting wasps, so help is needed please.

The tree does sound like it has a pest infestation. Both aphids and scle secrete that sticky substance (called honeydew) which you are seeing. I would recommend treating the tree with neem oil to take care of the pests. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
