Peach tree leaf curl

My tree is infected with peach tree leaf curl and has a lot of ants all over the trunk, branches, fruit and leaves. It has fruits on it that are exuding a clear to White to yellowish sap like substance and the leaves are curled and discolored. In your article it said to spray the tree before the blooms open up. My tree has no blooms and lots of baby peaches on it. My question is, do I just cut all the branches off? Or spray the tree even though there’s fruit on it. I want to treat the infection and also the many ants crawling on it.
