Peach Tree Dilemma

We have a peach tree and for the 2nd year this has happened. The fruit oozes peach juice and it seems to have a very sticky substance, and then the peach rots. My husband has been spraying with an orchard spray since the end of winter. What is the problem with the peach tree?
