peach tree

Every year I get that leaf curl that has red bumps and curls off and then the leaves fall off. When and what can I spray on the tree to prevent this from happening

This is very common and will likely recur every year. Once it is infected, it will be hard to control, but every year you can use a copper fungicide spray to keep it from happening.
