Peach tree

Peaches are a little bigger than a golf ball. Last week they all looked great. This week I noticed little brown specks (holes) with a clear sticky gel like glob where the brown tiny holes are. I don’t see anything on the trunk or branches. What could it be???

This could be caused by Stink Bugs.
