Q.Peach leaf curl
My tree has peach leaf curl. I’ve read that spraying with copper fungicide in winter will help prevent. Is there anything I can do now, in summer? Will peach leaf curl affect the fruit that is starting to grow? Is my tree doomed?
It is often a permanent illness, but it can be managed. When properly maintained, it will not be noticed. There is little to be done until dormancy again. Some varieties will tolerate treatment during the growing season, but this is not advised. Unfortunately, this year's crop might be heavily affected.
