Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a large Peace Lily in my office and some of the leaves start tearing or splitting. Also, the edges on some will get brown. I am cutting back on water to see if that helps with the edges. What do I do for the leaves that split? What is causing it? It does get brushed against due to its size as people walk by, and I wondered if that was the problem.

Browning leaves may indicate over-watering, but split leaves could indicate low humidity. Perhaps the plant is not experiencing the ideal environment. Here is an article that may help:
