Patio Rose Tree-Chrysler Imperial

I have a patio rose tree, which has new growth everywhere. I don’t know if I need to trim some of the branches or let it grow. It has not produced any flowers so far. Could you help?

With rose trees you need to be sure the new growth is coming from the top part which is actually the rose you wanted. If it is lower growth, then it is not the Chrysler Imperial rose you liked and bought as tree roses are actually built roses. See this article for more information on these roses.
