Patio Lime Tree Not Fruiting

I have a patio lime tree in a pot in Melbourne. It is 3 years old and has been growing very well at about 1 m. tall and bushy. I have fertilised it twice a year. For the last 2 years it gets lots of flowers and sometimes small fruit; however, they drop off. Does it need a companion or what do I do?
