Passion Vine

Question

I live in northern West Virginia and I want to know when my passion vine will start to grow? It died back to the ground.

With the unusual cold that happened in many areas this past winter, it is possible that the plant did not survive the winter. If you do not see it sprouting by the end of this month, it did not survive.
