Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a passion flower vine in a large pot with a trellis. Can I keep it out in winter? I noticed today there are several pods growing on the plant. They are the size of fresh prunes. They are light green. Are these seed pods to save for next spring and plant? How do you save them?

Yes, these are seed pods. If you do not plan on propagating any additional plants, you can simply cut them off and dispose of them. Otherwise, you can remove the seeds and germinate them for planting. Do keep in min that passionflower can grow from seed – but very slowly. The seeds can take up to a year to germinate.
