Passion flower seeds germination

Hello , I bought Passion flower seeds : ligularis variety . dried seeds.
What can i do before sowing , to boost their germination , other than soaking them in warm water.

Watering the seeds with a slightly acidic water can also help speed up the germination process. You can make a more acidic water by adding a few drops of pulp from a passion fruit or a citrus fruit to the water you will be using to water the seeds.
