passion flower control

I live in London and have an out of control passion flower that grows on the front of my house. I understand I should cut it down to 2 or 3 main shoots in late winter, but am not sure which month is best, as I am concerned about frost after cutting. Please, someone, do you have the answer?

The best time for pruning passion flower is right around your area’s last frost date, which should be in early March for London. This will be before the plant starts growing in the spring, and there shouldn’t be a hard frost after that date.
