Passion Flower had no blooms this year

2 years ago I ordered a mail order Passion Flower Vine. Last year I had tons of blossoms and many Gulf Fritillary butterflies. The vine was naked due to the voracious appetite of their caterpillars. This year the vine could be the stand in for the movie, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS!

The vine has taken over the fence, trees, porch. I only saw 2 caterpillars. There were very, very few flowers. Full sun, rain water, no added fertilizer, just greenery! Help! I planted it for the butterflies.

If your Passion Flower is not blooming it can be due to age, fertilizer, watering and sunlight conditions.
