Do you know of a good fertilizer for Pascali roses?

Any rose fertilizer or food will be good for these roses. I like ones that are either organic or organically based as they not only feed the rosebushes but also help build the soils home of the roses. One I have locally is Gro Rich Rose and Perennial Food as it is organically based. There are also the organic Jobes Rose Food spikes that can be used.
