Parade Miniature Roses

I received a small pot of miniature ‘Parade’ roses as a gift. Can I transplant them into a larger plant container outdoors, rather than the ground, and as they grow increase the size of container?

Yes, you can do that. In fact, they will enjoy the extra space.
