Papaya tree roots

Hi —
Do the roots of papaya trees cause problems when the tree is planted within a few feet of a concrete patio?
Thanks.

Papaya Trees have shallow roots, you should still keep any tree at least 10 feet back from foundations or concrete surfaces.
